Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Ella Abbott is a multimedia journalist in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Having hailed from the hometown of the Torso Murderer, the Cleveland Strangler and the murder that inspired The Fugitive, Ella’s interest in all things creepy and nightmare inducing isn’t exactly surprising. In college, she studied forensic anthropology alongside her journalism degree and she will happily talk for hours about her semester spent trying to solve the “murder” of a bovine subject. On top of all of that, she’s a more recent convert to the comic genre, but she’s always been a huge nerd. In addition co-hosting and producing Coffee & Cryptids, Ella coordinates social media for Storytelling Breakdown.
